Shipping Policy

Where we deliver, how much it costs, and how long it takes.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver throughout Abu Dhabi Emirate, including Abu Dhabi City, Khalifa City, Mussafah, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island, Al Raha, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Al Shahama, Al Dhafra region, and Al Ain. The exact serviceable area is shown on the address picker at checkout. If your map pin falls outside an active delivery zone, the system will let you know.

2. Same-day delivery (Abu Dhabi)

  • Available for orders placed within Abu Dhabi delivery zones.
  • Cutoff: 2:00 PM (UAE time). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered the next business day.
  • Subject to product availability and accurate delivery details.
  • Delivery is on Saturday – Thursday during business hours; Friday deliveries follow our reduced Friday hours.

3. Next-day delivery (Al Ain & Al Dhafra)

Orders for Al Ain and the Al Dhafra region are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Cutoff and timing are confirmed at checkout once you select your zone.

4. Delivery fees

  • The delivery fee for your zone is shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.
  • Most Abu Dhabi zones qualify for free delivery when the order subtotal exceeds the zone's threshold (commonly 200 AED, but varies by zone).
  • All fees are inclusive of 5% VAT.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted on every delivery zone we serve, with no surcharge. Please have the exact amount ready, or close to it, when the driver arrives. The driver provides a printed delivery receipt; the formal tax invoice is also available from your account.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you can follow its status on the My Account page (status timeline) or via the order-confirmation link emailed to you. You will receive an update when your order is assigned to a driver, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered.

7. Failed delivery / wrong address

If our driver cannot deliver the order because the address is incorrect, no one is available to receive the goods, or access is denied, we will attempt one re-delivery on the next business day. After two failed attempts the order is returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee may apply for a third attempt. If you choose to cancel, our Refund & Return Policy applies.

8. Restricted items

Some industrial cleaning chemicals are subject to handling restrictions in the UAE. We may decline to ship to certain destinations (for example, freight forwarders for re-export) where this would breach carrier or supplier policies. We will refund any amount paid for an order we cannot ship.

9. International shipping

We currently do not ship outside the UAE. Wholesale buyers with cross-border requirements are welcome to contact us to discuss bespoke arrangements.
