By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. Where you place an order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. 5. Products, pricing & availability
- All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Carton prices, where shown, apply when the carton purchase option is selected at checkout.
- Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations between batches (color, packaging, manufacturer) may occur.
- We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order — for example where stock is unexpectedly unavailable, prices were displayed in error, or we suspect fraud.
6. Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm the order (by email or the on-screen confirmation page) and dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.
7. Payment
Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page. Cash on Delivery is available within our delivery zones at no surcharge. Online card payment, where enabled, is processed via a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
8. Delivery
Delivery times, fees, and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping Policy. Same-day delivery in Abu Dhabi requires the order to be placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) and is subject to product availability and address validity.
9. Returns & refunds
See our Refund & Return Policy for the conditions under which you may return goods and receive a refund. Hygiene-sensitive and bespoke items are excluded.
10. Acceptable use
- You agree not to use this website to violate UAE law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or transmit malicious code.
- Automated scraping, copying our catalog data, or attempting to bypass our access controls is prohibited.
- We may, at our discretion, remove content or accounts that breach these rules.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, source code, layout) is owned by LifeCarePack or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for lawful purchasing, browsing, and account-management purposes.
12. Limitation of liability
Except to the extent prohibited by law, LifeCarePack will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to a single order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the UAE, including any consumer-protection rights.
13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil disturbance, government action, network outages, or supplier failure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be notified by a prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
